About the Octera Group

The Octera Group is a close knit partnership between Octera Solutions, Inc. and Octera Corporation that was formed to meet the needs of electronic OEM customers and suppliers. The Octera Group has applied the Value Added Reseller (vAR) model common in the computer products arena to semiconductos. With technical sales, application support, system architect, design services, IP and supply chain capabilities, the Octera Group has the resources necessary to serve customers from product conception through production. About Octera Solutions, Inc.

Octera Solutions Inc. is a franchised distributor for our supplier partners with field sales and field technical staff who work very closely with our central design services team to provide the best support available in the industry to our silicon customers. Octera Solutions ships from ISO9000 qualified warehouse and provides sales and technical support to customers across North America.

To expand our company to provide distribution services we partnered with the CDI Solutions group, a privately owned distributor based in Denver Colorado. Operating since 1970 CDI began crafting an innovative open platform for operations and e-commerce to enable Supplier and Customer partners in 1993. This platform provides the IT and operational foundation for Component Distributors Inc , RFMW Ltd., multiple semiconductor companies and Octera Solutions.
